The results are in!

We'd like to say a massive thank you to all of our clients who completed our customer satisfaction survey towards the end of last year.

We had 147 responses and as promised, this equates to £147 that we pledged to split between our chosen charities - The Humane Education Society in Wilmslow and St Ann's Hospice. Cheques for £73.50 each have now been sent to these charities and we hope that this will help in someway to continue the vital work that they do.

So what happens now?

We are currently analysing your responses and reading through any additional comments that you may have made. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write these extra comments, they were overwhelmingly positive with many of you using the space to simply offer kind words of thanks. Comments written by you, expressing how you think we can improve the service offered by Woodcroft Vets have proved invaluable and we are very grateful to you for taking the time to provide us with this extra feedback!

Based on your responses, we will be highlighting areas that we can improve on and relaying this information to all staff members during 2 practice wide meetings in January. As a practice, we will then be looking at ways of creating new working patterns and setting a number of targets to focus on those areas where improvements can be made over the next 12 months.

These goals along with the results of the survey will be published here on our website in due course.
